“Be Thou My Vision” SATB & Piano

This is an original arrangement of the hymn “Be Thou My Vision.” The video below includes some rehearsal resources for practicing the piece with an SATB choir, accompanied by piano.

I’ve chosen three stanzas for this particula arrangement, and each stanza is written in a different key (C, D, Eb) with piano transitions during each modulation.

The first verse in sung in Unison, the second uses typical hymnal harmonies, and the third uses some counterpoint, with the main melody switching between the Soprano and Alto parts.

The piano part is at the Intermediate level. I do include a MIDI-produced mp3 for your reference.
