This is a collection of 10 easy songs for guitar, presented in 10 lessons for beginning guitarists.
“Over the Rainbow” is the tenth and last song in the set. This is the most difficult song in the collection. It is also the longest. It comes from the well known movie “The Wizard of Oz” and was voted the most popular song of the 20th century. The song is definitely worth learning.
These are lessons that I used for many years, both in a studio setting as well as a group setting.
In order to be able to learn the songs, the student needs to be familiar with the basic notes in the first position on all six strings.
